this app won't even load also can't redeem points it's just a blue screen showing how many points you have. trying to order my daughter some shoes jeez!

sucked always does . skechers sizes are not consistent i order wide theyre huge order regular sz slip ins way to narrow . try to do a return for an online order is impossible to bad becuz they have some cute styles in sandals finally after they sent me 3 pr of the same sandals after trying to log in for an exchange or a refund I was able to get a sale price refund for 1 pr. Now I try to log in to return a pr of sneakers that says sz 8 and are to long under the foot insert a big 9 is stamped .

app will not let me shop or see my cart .... keeps saying error- try again later. It's been doing this for months.
