Pauline was outstanding clear communication directions problem shooting stayed with me for over an hour.Never gave up!Restored such faith in Samsung.Best tech support I have experienced. Cheerful attitude never indicated this was hopeless.Experienced knowledge and skills set was exciting excellent above and beyond.As a senior I was so impressed how well she worked me through screens and steps.Yeah Pauline YOU'RE THE BEST AND A STAR.I have hated this phone.Pauline made me happy.
