New problem: Voice commands to alexa commands update the app temperature, but the temperature on the AC head does not change. This appears to be a problem with Alexa.

I get a message saying "appliance is no longer belong to the user". I can no longer control my device. I have changed no settings.

helps me to be able to see the temperature of the house and how much humidity is in the air. im able to control both while at home and while im at work. all just by using the app. so it works really good and very easy to set up anything you can that can connect to the app. Just have to have wifi. but the app is VERY helpful. and I like that im able to get text messages when my dehumidifier water container is full. so i dont have to go to it every time to check it.

A friend gave me a used, yet "like new" window a/c, and the score went way up when I found it was SmartHome compatible. Connected w/ ZERO ISSUES, and works flawlessly as intended. 😎👍

My AC won't stay connected to the app. It did for years, but now all of a sudden it just doesn't work.
