truly awful, this app directs you to download the Sonos 2 app if you want to control your system. sonos 2 is not hear to rate or it would have been 1 star too. I presume Sonos have sacked their software team because nothing has improved in the last 2 years. thank heavens I can operate speakers through Alexa or my soundbar and 4 speakers would all be in the bin.

literally the worst app ever. No account management (can't add my son to administer his own speaker), cannot play saved playlists by voice, UI is terrible and counter intuitative. Will never buy another Sonos product ever.

Don't update to s1 . Has caused me alot of headaches and inconvenience. If your system is working keep it on old sonos as it's much more reliable and unless you have the new play bar no benefits. spotify loosless is not supported. uncompressed audio is no longer availible. Maybe need to put some effort there instead Sonos?

it makes you make an account. i enter my information then it just says unable to create an account no matter what i do it just wont let me make an account making this app in the most litteral sense useless
