the last update has broken the app, can't connect to devices.

Useless app. The Bluetooth speaker is paired fine with the phone and it still does not find it in the app. Tried numerous power cycles and pairing cycles.

Dissapointed, you pay all this money for what you think is a quality product. The app is buggy over complicated and full of features that aren't useful or practical.

ear buds won't connect after last software update

No way to disable transparent mode when removing one earpiece. ANC stops working frequently, and you have to disable and re-enable it for it to work again, and now it stopped connecting to the earphones all together! My earphones are now stuck with no ANC and I'm unable to change any settings. Oh and why can't you configure the gestures for each side separately? Sadly an XM5 owner btw.
