bad airline bad service. they don't even serve water!! the app also needs a lot of fine tweaking. app is as bad as airlines!

It just displays the first boating pass from one person and not the other ones from the other persons! "Manage booking" dies not remember the inputs.

Quite possibly the worst check-in app ever made. To add a dob you have to scroll back month by month which obviously takes far too long when passengers are over 50! What should take a minute or two takes over 5 minutes per passenger. Unbelievably all the info then has to be repeated for the inbound flight, what's wrong with auto populating with the previous information!! Would give 0 * if it was possible.

why isnt the boarding card showing on the app ? it shows as checked in and seat number but boarding card is an empty screen
