while trying to make an account for my sister, everytime we type the email in, it shows "you already have an account" and some random email address we never heard of, anytime we try again, it shows different random mail

Оновлю свій коментар від 23-го року. Альбомна орієнтація інтерфейсу додатку для планшетів так і не з'явилася. Змінити телефон для авторизації не втративши ВСІ придбані фільми і серіали НЕможливо. Єдиний спосіб, зі слів підтримки- створити новий аккаунт. p.s. Якби можна було б, поставив би нуль зірок за якість апки і особливо підтримку користувачів.

Початково дає 7 днів безкоштовно, проте якщо активувати одразу 14 днів за 1 грн, то 7 згорають. Прийшло сповіщення "Продовж максимальний тариф на 14 днів безкоштовно." максимальний(!) і безкоштовно(!) Натис на це сповіщення у шторці і списалося 149 грн без мого підтвердження і став активний середній(!) тариф на місяць. Підтримка лише написала, що була зміна тарифу, а те що я її не підтверджував і в мене повинні були безкоштовні дні їм пофіг. Кошти погодились повернути, а безкоштовні дні згоріли.

Pretty nice service. 1 star less because they have shifted EPG data (by 1 hour e.g. for CNN channel).

I've got L subscription. Out of 180 channels only 4 are available TRT World, Espresso TV HD, Aquarium, Fireplace. The remove everything without any warning! Scam!

After the 4 September update it's not working properly on my Android TV, it lags and it's full of delays and the TV programs don't run properly.

I don't speak russian so I can't understand anything that is advertised for program name's ,so pointless . Having read the other reviews it looks like I have dodged a bullet.
