love listening to Mike, just wish the app didn't randomly stop so often. regardless of that minor issue I am happy to support this crew monthly

5 because the podcast is top notch. the app is mostly functional but it crashes on me at least once per episode which is very annoying. outside of that, I would suggest being able to filter episodes by season. I restarted the series a while back and every time I open the app I have to scroll past over 100 episodes to get to my current place. also autoplay seems to always start playing episode 1 after any episode I listen to rather than the next in sequence.

love love the content but the app is very frustrating. every episode about 10 mins in the app closes and I lose my place! please fix

Good looking app. But there's no "mark unplayed" option to make going back and listening to old episodes in sequence cumbersome.

podcast quality has gone down significantly over the years, while price continues to rise. I really tried to hang in there but what drew me to this podcast is no longer there.

The Podcast and TV show are amazing. Best true crime content. hands down. This app is beyond infuriating, episodes don't play in order, it just plays random episodes (I did check the sort function for episode order). Sometimes the audio pauses itself. Now everytime I pause episode 290, it resumes at the 51min mark every time. Episodes 295 stops at 8:30, then starts a different episode from the beginning. I understand "apps are hard" but this app is just filled with playback issues.

Love love love this podcast but this app keeps crashing. Also cant figure out how to mark the videos as viewed and forget where I left off. Seems to crash whenever my phone gets additional notifications and doesnt stay where I left off when I re-open it. Super annoying.

Love the Podcast but hate the app. Keeps logging me out. App won't open. I uninstalled it and then installed it. now it will not let me log in. I am sad. Just sad about it. 🥺
