There is no way to talk to someone directly. I used to use the chat and they were helpful, but not anymore. This company must be going downhill hill, seems like after they got rid of their point system, they might have gotten rid of some employees too. I think I'm done using this service.

it was a good app but now they take half of what they sell it for and now charge you 2 other fees so you make no money unless you have high end stuff

EDIT: Changing my 2021 rating from a 5 to 2. I've been a customer for 4 years and have watched the company go steadily downhill in terms of it's benefits to customers. Selling in the platform is not with it anymore and their loyalty program, which used to be great, is pretty worthless now. Big bummer. Keeping 2 stars because the search/ filtering function is still great.

Clothes don't look much different than what you'd find at any brick and mortar thrift store, but prices are stupidly high. $53 for a well-used bathrobe listed as a "coat" is ridiculous. I had high hopes for this app but I'm uninstalling.

I had my clothes washed and dry cleaned before putting in the bags to give. They claimed they were dirty to cut the price. These clothes have sat in my closet until the day they were put in these bags. The only reason the clothes were offered were because they were too big for me. So, they lie. Two purses I checked were still worth $100 and $250 and are being sold on THEIR website, the ONLY reason I signed up for this, they are claiming are ineligible. This is a rip-off. They stole my purses!

I used this app years ago and loved it. Started using it again this year & have had nothing but trouble. I've had trouble with buying & selling. Most recently, I bought a shirt that was on final sale but was listed as excellent condition. When I received it, there was a hole in the sleeve. Since it was on final sale, there is no option to return it. I have tried to message customer support for 2 days and my chat keeps getting closed out with no responses. No phone# listed. Done with this company
