The content is amazing but app does repeatedly glitch in the middle of hypnosis sometimes shutting down completely or jolting sound even when downloaded and not using service or wifi. Customer service has not been very helpful to rectify this with little communication back, and after flagging 4 or 5 times it doesn't seem to have improved. Content is continually updating and the team is providing absolute gold in her, it's just very difficult to do the work when the app glitches like this 🫣
