I hate that I have to create another account just to use a product I purchased and now "own". I open the box to find a useless usb-c to usb-c cord with no charger. Then find out I have to download their app to set up the Tonies box. Now im forced to create another account so another company can begin to extract as much data from me and my child as possible This has to stop!

my daughter is to and loves her tonie it keeps her entertained and has cutt tv time almost out its amazing they have tonies for everything from music to stories even hygiene and potty training! we love it! Definitely worth every penny
