It is absolutely unacceptable to periodically ask for videos of myself to "confirm identity" and block access to my trades without them. I don't always have the time or internet bandwidth or appropriate background for videos. This was the deciding factor, I'm going with XTB. Regarding the "response": video validation is clearly not required by regulation since no other trading app has it. I've uninstalled this app and I am in the process of moving my stocks to XTB and eToro.
