it assumes you're driving all the time, you have to manually go back in and change each trip. then they threaten you with changing more than 33% of your trips. they need to fix this and let you choose when you're driving or not driving, or not penalizing you for making changes.

horrible driving app it constantly records my bike rides as a drive, you have to go in manually to say you weren't driving. if you say you weren't driving too many times you can't even use the app. I've used an app like this for other insurance and this is the worse one by far.

massive privacy risk and permission heavy EDIT: uninstalled. if they could provide context for these "events", I'd be more willing to use it. The final straw was a "distracted driving" event where I pulled into a parking lot, sat in the car while parked and with the car in park so I could safely text my wife. I think the existence of this app shows travelers does not deserve our business. Seems the choice is to either find a new company, or pay higher premiums and don't use this ridiculous app

Terrible application. Your phone moves just a tiny bit in the seat where it's sitting unused, and it dings you for being on the phone. It also doesn't always record the number of trips you make correctly. Basically, the application sucks!

Very poor app AARP has an app that is much better. if you are spending it will show you where you were at on the map so you can check the location to see if there has been a change in the speed limit. In the intellidrive app you have no idea where you were at the time you were docked for speeding so it is hard to try and correct your mistakes.
