Originally, when I first downloaded this app, it worked quickly and efficiently. Currently, it loads slowly (or not at all) which is extremely frustrating. I have tried un-installing, then re-installing, multiple times, but it still works poorly (or not at all).

4th time in a row, ups either did not deliver our packages or delivered to the wrong address! Signed up for delivery notifications twice and never received any, neither by email nor text. Spoke with ups customer service 3 times! Also, spoke with the supervisor of our local ups distribution center in Zelienople, PA, and she lied to us! No help at all. If you want your packages delivered to you, make sure your shipper does NOT USE UPS! UPS is pathetic!

I don't understand why you go jump back and forth from one state to another, with delivering packages? which started Original va to nc, but ended up in KY, then tn, just take it across the state line directly, get the hubs reorganized!!
