After contacting support, my app region was changed to UK, all my rewards were wiped out. Didn't receive rewards codes via email. Have emailed customer service again.

I love the items, but I always have problems with the app notifications. They NEVER take me to the sale or the item from the notification, it's always an error screen or the home page with a text that says "we could not process your request". I updated the app and cleared the cache in settings, but nothing helps. Also I am never allowed to order to my house only click and collect even though I live 3 minutes away from my friend who does have the option to choose???

Customer service is horrible. Items not being delivered after I paid over $100 for one item. Avoid purchasing online if possible.

They took away the giveaways, they are never there anymore and now they only give members a $5 off coupon every 4 orders and it doesn't even credit to the account immediately. Why take away incentives you once had for your customers?? 1 star because of this change. Overpriced with no incentive to remain a valued customer.
