don't use the car insurance they don't like people who have tickets or accidents on their record. They will deny you. and they go back 7 years! nothing but lies. I'm a member only for the home insurance.

USAA has issues with cash transfers between accounts failing, requiring several days to accomplish. Their roadside assistance is a complete joke, get roadside coverage elsewhere if you bother to get auto insurance from them. Seriously, broken down on the freeway, 3-4 hours to get a tow truck, never a person to talk to, you're completely in the dark until you get a call from the driver when your the next stop, still 20-30 min out. They outsourced and claim no responsibility or control, shameless
