Trash!! viewing live feed takes entirely too long to load or doesn't load at all. Many other in app actions fail all.the time.

terrible app. garage door status gets stuck in the wrong state needing to restart the app. the cameras are always offline even though they are not. smart actions are really not that smart and done give you many useful options. and more...

It never let's you update any of the chimes and always says source error when you want to rewind to see the videos

do not like new app update at all! I could see everything in one glance. Now I have to scroll to find what I'm looking for... maybe have a snapshot, with the option to go into the details.

It seems like the app is "unavailable" about 25% of the time. UPDATE: funny, they replied and said it doesn't sound right, yet customer service said it's a known issue. And the issue remains months later. I will be switching to another company soon because of it.
