Edited Review: The Lucy Smart Cap stops tracking and sometimes disconnects after phone updates (Samsung), it seems to take Waterdrop 2-3 weeks to fix on their end so the cap is useless during that time. Also tried reaching out to customer service email twice as indicated in faq's and never received a response.
