I paid to have the ads removed and now the app will not respond to removing the ads anymore. what a rip-off!

my toddler has been playing this for over 2 years now ... the money I spent to remove the ads, they just came back. so I have to fight with my toddler not to press the ads and its just not worth it anymore.
