I ask for a refund because several in-app purchases that were made accidentally by my little daughter but the game don't respond !!!!

The app requires a subscription. My daughter just accidentally got the subscription which is 17.99 per week. This is first of all misleading to advertise this game as free and then demand a subscription just to play the basic game and then to actually buy everything on top!!!!! I deleted the game immediately and cancelled the subscription but I also want a refund because I am not using this service and the ad is misleading as "free" when in fact it isn't.
