I've been using 1SE for years now. My collection has survived 5 or 6 phones at this point, never had to worry about any data loss. The application functions perfectly, never had any issues. I love being able to go back and look on previous memories, many of which I have never shared on social media or would have otherwise been able to reflect on. It makes for an excellent time capsule, and I find comfort in knowing I will be able to leave behind a montage for my loved ones to remember me by.

Every time I send my husband a month's 1SE, we both realise that we actually have quite a cool life. This app helps you to stop and look back on those small moments that make life interesting.

Please restore the ability to add notes to days with no clips. It is how I kept track of clips to generate later and losing that has resulted in many gaps in my year, which is a shame.

Unfortunately the app has disappeared from my phone (so I can't seek help through the app) and I'm unable to download the latest version because it says it's incompatible with my device? I've paid for this app for last 4 years and it's now disappeared and I've not completed my videos. My last payment was less than a month ago to run for the next year. When the app works it's great.

It's been good until the last few weeks, where it just won't open and keeps telling me it has a bug and won't work. "Wait for the developer to fix the bug and try again" Please fix it! I don't want to lose all of my videos.
