The app when it works is fun but the support is terrible. I paid for a full premium version twice now and it still only sees my registration as basic. I have emailed support over 5 times. I got one response from Lily on June 16, that was over a month ago. They still haven't fixed it. They stopped responding. I will be asking my credit card for a refund. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Then 10/7 appnation responded here saying to try support again, which I did. still no response. Horrible
