this app is actually a joke π when you try to create an account it takes you to a page that says download the Albertsons app. is this not the app? lmao and when you do click the button that says download app it says on the Google play item not found.

Never had a problem with the Albertsons app until this past weekend. Wouldn't expect my debit card and I called customer service and they are no help what so ever ( REALLY NEED TO TRAIN THEM TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER FROM THE USA THEY JUST HANG UP AND BLAME YOUR BANK) And start on Friday 10-31 and call all weekend it's know Monday 11-3-25 woke up to my whole account being disabled !! I only use your app for delivery because I have a broken neck and can't shop for myself .

Why does anyone do their own grocery shopping in the store at Albertson's? Ordering online with curbside pickup saves so much time, the pro shoppers on staff know where everything is so they're faster than I am, and products cost the same as shopping in the store myself. Best of all, I can send my teenagers to the store knowing they will bring home exactly what I want - because I ordered it myself thru the Albertson's app. I buy, they fly!

I used to enjoy using this app but it now freezes so much I now clip coupons and use rewards on the website. the app when it works is more user friendly than the website but not anymore due to the fact that I have to close and reopen the app continuously while trying to clip coupons and create a shopping list. I miss how easy it used to be... I'm so frustrated right now after trying to use it that I wrote this review and am now going to uninstall the bloody thing...
