app optimization sucks! Such a large company could afford to actually put money into their app so it stops crashing and actually connects to the devices they own. Edit: 10/9/2025: Full year later and the app still sucks. Requires multiple restarts to actually do something. Don't understand how Amazon can't put money into their app development team for this.

I enjoy Amazon Alexa very much. It has kept me organized and well informed. It is a commodity that is priceless. I don't it's intrusive. It's gives you the information that you have requested and then more. I wished I can buy stock but it's out of my price range. I purchase 80 percent of my needed supplies on Amazon. This is a well oiled machine that gets better everyday. I have 3 TVs, 1 phone , and 1 tablet that I use Amazon exclusively. Continue to soar Amazon. You are a lifetime achievement!

The upgrade to Alexa + was nice so far. Alexa is a little more Personal and does more. I guess more Ai involved. Still feeling her out, but okay so far. My plugs keep disconnecting from my taste & lamps regularly. It's annoying at this point. Also disconnects the wifi from my Samsung TV daily at start up.
