health insurance says its free thru premium tax credit and then they try to charge me thru a hidden agreement and take away my tax credit if you dont agree to it and change plans.Illegal since it covered 100 percent the whole year due to qualifications yet I was still billed without explanation or itemized bill explaning the random charge premiums are expensive and dont cover much. Ambetter is horrible and their support is not helpful and dishonest.they dont care about you only your money

The provider search function does not work. I have tried it numerous days, and I get an error message or it just keeps on searching for minutes upon minutes. I try to report this via the app, but that also gives me an error message.
