The experience has been the worst nightmare in the last few days. i was logged out of my account and i don't have access to my account again. i have written several complaints but no one is doing anything. Why is there no response? You don't have IT or customerservice that handle such issues? this is really frustrating and i must say

I only tried registrating, I haven't even gotten anywhere, there happens to be a mismatch between my registered name and the one on my transaction details needed for approved kyc status, that is literally all, and it has taken bamboo customer care almost a month to resolve the issue. I would advise against this app for the sake of more important issues as I doubt their ability to handle such. please be careful, y'all πŸ™πŸΎ
