always have a hard time pushing thru checkout

the app never works. I always have to call to find out my balance. I can never scan any items in the store to see if its covered. please see fix this. I rely on using this and it doesnt even work. and also the card does not even work at walmart anymore. I tried to buy cheese and spinach and over the counter meds and it didnt even work. I cant even get a real person on the phone to find out whats wrong.
