I really like the gentle feel of the exercises. At first I thought it was too easy but I noticed I was still getting stronger and I felt great- energized not exhausted. It's been almost 60 days and I just finished Phase 1, simply bc I can't always work out every single day. Sometimes I go for long walks or have a strenuous day of other types of exercise or work. I'm looking forward to seeing what Phase 2 is like. At 51 with arthritis and other conditions this is what is keeping me fit.

Have been a subscriber for a while. Every time there is an app update, it forgets I've subscribed & asks me to pay. I've had to go to customer service each time (approx 4-5 times). I lose my progress & start at day 1 with the same exercises again. I'm persevering as I like the variety, unfortunately the technology is not as good as the exercise content. This will be my last try.
