I installed this app 2 months ago and had a good experience until 2 weeks ago when it suddenly forgot my subscription and it was no longer possible to use the app. Naively, I resubscribed a 3-day free trial thinking I would then be able to log in to my account and cancel the previous one. This was not possible and I ended up paying for two annual subscriptions and I currently don't have access to the app. The customer support service works via email but I have not received a reply until today.

I really like this app when it works. Unfortunately, it is quite buggy. Almost every everytime I log food it looks like it has accepted my entry, but it doesnt appear in my daily food. Sometimes it will appear hours later, sometimes not at all. I can occasionally trick the app into accepting my log, but putting in another one (then the old one might appear).
