$42 a month!!! ๐ฎโ๐จ Customer service completely sucks. I emailed to find out what plan I had because I couldn't remember, and to find out how to make changes to the subscription. They replied by cancelling my plan. ๐ Didn't even listen to me or answer any of my questions I had. THEN after they restarted my plan, they refused to tell me any pricing information because they said it was "locked behind a pay wall" ๐ฅด๐คฆ App itself is fine. but without adequate Customer Service? I cancelled โ

it's ok, it's very cute! in that regard I do wish there was more to do, like open more pets, unlock outfits and backgrounds, physically feed/clean the pet etc. but the calorie counting part is VERY basic, especially with the macros, I can input 3 very healthy balanced meals and still have a low food score, it doesn't seem (unless I'm doing it wrong) to differentiate good/bad fats/sugars/carbs and I haven't found a way to input exercise to add in my burned activity calories

wildly inaccurate. no way to adjust what AI decides. cute Tamagotchi type friend that lives off of what I consume, which is a fun idea, but this app needs a lot of work. I can't even go in and make my own recipe... I have to just rely on AI to figure out what I took a picture of and assume that it knows what I put in my own food. what bothers me is I paid for a year... and i cant get it back. links to the terms of service, privacy notice, And nutrition advice sources are all broken.

It is a very fun app and it is motivating you to be more aware of what you eat, however I cannot continue my subscription due to various reasons. If you have no Internet access or like me, work in aviation, you cannot even upload your meals. A solution would be to at least upload the meals and have the data synchronised when online, or have the option to change the time when a meal was added. There is no option to insert physical exercise that would consume calories.
