can't add items to order, you get redirected to the web site. can't see previously ordered items to reorder unless you want to reorder the complete order. needs to be updated.

App worked great for 4 months. Then when I tried checking out it gave me an error code. So I had to get in line and scan everything all over again. Uninstalled the app, cleared cache. My form of payment was fine. After 3 more tries I have given up. Customer service no help. Thinking of just ditching BK's altogether and going with Sam's Club. BJ's can't figure out there own app.

Lag and confusing to operate along with sign in issues. But prices and such good took a but to figure out when I could choose payment but I got it.

easy to do but wait in line. your Deli people are SLOW ! have them wait on customers not do Pre-sliced items! like why do u allow that???
