started this app by doing the 12 week challenge and lost 18 pounds in 12 weeks by tracking macros, and sculpt program. Continued after the challenge now down 27 pounds and switched to shred program to try to shock my body again. 10/10 recommend to hold yourself accountable and follow programs that work! Another plus is the access to a dietician to help you where you are struggling. I have 2 tips 1: stay consistent 2: cottage cheese in everything :)

Decent workouts but the app is extremely glitchy and crashes every time I try to cast a video. I contacted support, and they were going to flag it to Devs but nothing has changed.

I have asked them to cancel this for years and they charge my card every year. I would not download this app or give them your card info.

Good for exercise but meal plans are created without taking into account changing nurititinal needs for example in pregnancy. I have sent feedback as it is concerning that foods non suitable for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester pregnancy are included in the diet (therefore paid for product of exercise and diet plan but cannot use the diet). App claims to add more focus on eating fresh while suggesting protein powders twice a day without potential substitution, also not highly advised in pregnancy.
