It used to work great. Now completely broken. Takes multiple attempts to log in, then randomly kicks you out. Loses all the data on your boat and traveler info each time you reopen the app. Pity, because it used to work fairly well. Update Sept 2025: I gave up after being told so many times that I had to use the app, but with Android login loop, reinstalls, etc etc. so I bought a refurb iPad on Amazon for $130. The app works fine on Apple.

8/21/2025 Still does not work reliably with Android. Every year CBP directs me to uninstall the app then reinstall. Then have to reenter all data. Version 2.13.12 DOES NOT WORK!!! CBP is aware of this and they're frustrated too. You get caught in a log on loop and never get to log on.

you guys need to adjust the position of the accept button after the login prompt. It overlays the back button on the phone keeping me from accepting the terms.
