LOVE the workouts and programs- 5 stars for these. It's also awesome to be able to listen to Spotify and still hear the timer during the workout. But there are several issues with the app functionality. I've had to restart the app during each workout as it freezes when I'm switching between other apps- this is the main issue. It is also laggy when pausing and rewinding/forwarding. The calendar also doesn't show completed workouts.

Wanted to love this app, love Caroline's videos, but it does not finction as described. The description clearly states "Health Sync: Compatible with Google Fit." Unfortunately this doesn't work. If you login to the app with google info you get the following error "This app is blocked. This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access".

Never thought I'd be a person who subscribes to a fitness app but I've enjoyed this so much that I've changed my monthly subscription to a yearly. From an app point of view, it's fantastic - seamless casting to my TV, program workouts on the calendar, tracking everything, and just a great well designed app. (I only wish they would include all of her other workouts that are currently on YouTube on the app as well!). The workouts are fantastic; great price for a fitness regime of this quality.

the app is easy to navigate. there is plenty of instant support available in case of issues. you can keep track of workouts, maintain a calendar, bookmark your favorites, and save options for later. pretty self-explanatory after using once or twice.
