I love love love this app but I had an account under an address that was hacked and lost access to it. I spent a week trying to regain that account. not once did the devs offer to help in any way or even offer a discount or extra free storage on a new account so I could regain at least some of my now lost content. I refuse to go through that again but if the devs offer me some extra storage I'll give 5stars
