Zoek op [VGA naar HDMI] en je krijgt één HDMI naar VGA "gaming" product. Volledig amateuristische zoekfunctie dus en zonder zoekfunctie heb je als klant niets aan zo'n app. App is ook langzaam, bevat verkeerde productinformatie, er is geen klantenservice via de chat beschikbaar, behalve een waardeloze chatbot. Coolblue doet niet meer "alles voor een glimlach", omdat ze inmiddels een marktpositie hebben.
