The Costco app is one of the worst shopping apps I've had the displeasure of using. It's been horrible for a long time, so long in fact that it almost seems like they purposely built it to suck. The entire app development department should be fired and Costco should cut their losses on the current iteration. This app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, by competent developers. The current app is an abomination and Costco should be ashamed.

I've been using this app for small purchases and am please with my experiences. Love how I can place a order easily and expect the delivery to run smoothly.

App is slow. Slowest app ever! Not built well. Same Day portion is the worst... if I switch to another app and return it says "No Internet Connection". Navigating between sections is frustrating.

Works fine 75% of the time, but sometimes it just sucks. Lately, fall of 2025, it has been awful. Log-in prompts that just spin forever, so I have to go to my laptop to complete basic tasks. Very frustrating. Don't offer "biometrics" login if you can't even provide a standard login experience on Android.
