This is ridiculous that I can't log in to my account on my phone because I'm logged in to another device. It's telling me to ask member services for assistance. I guess I'll just go to another store since Costco doesn't want my money. I have a membership and can't even use it. I'm not going to membership services to fix this issue. Call it petty, but I should be able to log in on whatever device I please. Sometimes I use my phone and sometimes I don't have it on me so I'll use my partner's.

App gets stuck on page searching for a warehouse (which is the first thing it does when you start). It's literally unusable for me. I've never left a review for an app before, but I've never seen one that simply doesn't work at all. Zero stars would be my choice but I'm required to give it at least 1.

The app truly sucks. At least with Sam's Club app, I can check prices online before I head that way. GET WITH IT COSTCO

Costco has been great ever since Sam's club near me decided to close down. Parking eh it is what it is thou shall park far away to avoid dents on my car though. Costco food court though those prices are affordable. Finding stuff is a mission though like man I wish you guys would stop moving things around, but hey that's about my only complaint haha. Been a memeber since October 2021 and until this place isn't convenient for me is when I'll cancel this and call it a day.

Other than slow loading, and some text entering issues (circumnavigated by backing out and reloading the checkout step being displayed), relatively smooth, and easy to use.

Can't find any useful detail in app. e.g Renewal cost, contact lenses, Costco connection. Also it frequently gets stuck loading. update: click to pay doesn't work. stuck on loading screen. Links to pdf doesn't open.
