Worst support in my enitre life. Very dissapointed in the help center, driving support with bots. If using bots atleast make it intelligent rather than a looping bot where it keeps telling same thing over and over

I had joined the course and paid 2799 for 3 months course. After 2 days they deducted 4999 from my account (debit card) without permission.

Thank you so much to whoever created and those behind Coursera! I just wish in the near future you guys able to provide us with degree that we can take as easy as your courses right now. Not degree that you have right now (from outside universities) but similar to your specialization courses but a degree! as a SHM I need it, and would LOVE to participate. Hope you consider my request!

Extremely predatory behavior concerning autorenewals. Their policies are unclear and they resolve your support tickets immediately so you can't respond to their replies, they just say no and close the ticket. Their notices go out one month before hand so you will definitely forget to cancel, and if the price goes up they will just assume you want to pay the new price. Why is there no option to turn off auto renewal anyway when we are talking about a $500 a year subscription??

Coursera is a money (for them) first, training and services a far lower priority company. low ethics. I am disappointed that their local partner, Reallylesson pte ltd, I cant even find their legal registered business information in Singapore. made a subscription but due to difficulties I am definitely not able to proceed with the subscription. I didn't use or enjoy any of their services. when I appealed to them for a refund, they just say please enjoy your subscription.
