late on payment by a just a few days couple times despite being with them for couple years and they close the account. terrible place to deal with.

I'm sorry for the low rating, but American Express is a curse, and you'll get embarrassed when you try to purchase something, and the card will get denied, even when money is literally on it, and you get fees quick, so you will barely get usage out of it. I'm trying to pay off those fees ASAP next month, and closing the account down. Honestly, I really don't recommend the card. Users beware.

I have been with Credit One for several years now. I have never had any problems with payments or charges with whom I have purchased items from. Good credit card company.
