tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if the app would be able to update but whatevers going on in this update means its not even letting me use the app now after downloading, sad since this app is usually so fun to use but now it literally cant be used unless you still have it installed from prior to this latest update

it doesn't even work?? this isn't even working, i want to play but this made the game worst, it doesn't even make me play all it does is just fail at loading, I'm never trusting this game ever again.

The app won't download, I installed and uninstalled this game many times and it just won't load.. my internet connection is great and I have plenty of storage for it, it's just not working anymore...

I've played this game before but I deleted it cause I needed some storage and now I tried downloading it again and when I open it there's a prompt that keeps saying that I can't download the files and to check my wifi then try to open again but even tho I tried to uninstall it and do it again it doesn't work still and says the same and even tho I check my other online games it works and I have good internet so I'm confused! please fix it!

THIS IS THE BEST GAME!!!!!!! BECAUSE HERE I CAN CREATE NEW CHARACTERS INCLUDING FEMALES LOL I LIKE IT BECAUSE THIS APP ALLOWED YOU TO DRESS UP YOUR OWN CHARACTER IKR!

tried billion times, albeit there's sufficient storage and data available for connectivity, it does not get past the "need to download files" part, eventually tried on a brand new empty device, the problem persists. Given the fact, if there's no fix or logical response returned, then.... ππ«€π
