I just ordered prints. The order status isn't viewable in the browser, it just takes me to a 404 error page. I downloaded an app, thinking I'd be able to view it there, and there is nowhere to view order status for prints. My purchase history says 'no history' despite having gotten an email and having money taken from my account. So supposed provided tracking can't be accessed at all

I've had this app for 3 years and it crashes every time I open it, it's been updated, uninstalled then reinstalled, and yet it persists to be a headache for when I want to quickly check on my prescription status. I have android software and my girlfriend has an iPhone, the app crashes consistently on both. I don't know how to send in a bug report for the app, I really want this to be fixed though.
