I was not informed upfront that it would be how I get my direct deposit pay if I signed up for it. I only wanted to withdraw like 40 dollars a little early but instead now I have to use it as a means to access my actual paycheck for the next two paychecks (that's 4 weeks for me) while I talk with my employer to sort this out. update: tried calling customer support and was greeted with an AI. it was extremely unhelpful.

update and doing what you said to so was a big waste of my time. The app itself is wonderful. However, the verification process is the worst i have ever seen my entire life. If it was not a must-have for the company I work for, I would never use it.
