Open the app today and lost all the progress and kids' accounts. The app updated could have been the issue. My son was upset he lost his high streak.

I have tried this app three times in the past week. I had the toothbrush for a year but just discovered this app. My daughter loved it until it froze making me have to uninstall losing all of her progress. I reinstalled and it happened again. Come on!! Get it together...this is ridiculous. Looking for a new app...rating zero!

It's so annoying that the data isn't being backed up to the cloud, and you need to switch devices.
