doesn't push notification to my phone and the six digit number doesn't work either just randomly. updating doesn't fix it.

i used this app about 5 years ago to setup 2fa for my socials. I've changed phones during that period and happen to forgot reinstalling this app to the new device, so no account syncing was done. Now, I wasn't able to recover my existing account using gmail. Hopefully this can be fixed? π

Google Play services keeps sending me notifications that I can't turn off because this app thinks it needs access to storage to function, but I have been successfully using it for a year without granting it access to storage. I would not have this installed if I did not need it for work, but these notifications are obnoxious and unacceptable. I will do everything in my power to convince my company to switch to a different MFA product

So glad I don't need this anymore! My org didn't move to universal OTPs, but moved to Microsoft Authenticator. It's still one less authenticator app I need. I love OTPs for 2FA, but I prefer universal OTP generators so I can pick ONE OTP authenticator OF MY CHOICE.

I lost my Instagram account because of this app!! i change my phone because other is broken then they disabled my account and i need to reactivate code or scan qr, like hell i suppose to know my codes ? This app are the worst!!

worked great and enjoyed the push notifications but when I tried to import backed up ones for a migration, it loaded them and now the app won't respond at all at start (though shows the account names as though it had them fine). emailed the only contact I could find around it, will wait and see and trying to uninstall and re install to see if that fixes it. UPDATE: eventually (after weeks), it started working again, maybe after phone restart or multiple app restarts.

The Duo Mobile is a great tutor for learning other languages. Plus, there are other advantages to have the app on your phone and computer.
