Great app. Below is feedback and doesn't detract from nice app features. I need to contact developer about Dashboard display issues - 2 Sunday markers and fated for 23 hours on Tuesday and on 11 ish show.

I love this app. The new update makes it so frustrating for me though. When I look at the dashboard tab, I want to know how long I've been fasting that day, not how long I've fasted in total, that's what the journal is for.

I really like this app. Lets me add daily notes, and also shows time since last fast., essentially showing my eating window. That is a plus. It also has a protocol for a 4:3 modified ADF which I haven't found in any other app. Lots of different protocols so you can switch up the routine and keep your body guessing. Haven't experienced any ad pop ups in the 3 days I have been using it.
