The app is constantly crashing and I bought for mistake a wrong ticket because the icons where costantly moving, the time and day where in coincident of my correct fly. Slow and glitches everywhere

Dreadful I'm trying to locate my Β£60 credit ,what a nightmare how many versions of "the app" is there? All I want to do is add the real app to my phone!! It's a joke .......if someone would enlighten me....maybe?
