says error every time I open the app. I have contacted tech support twice in a spam of over a month and they just say they are working on it and have nothing to add to me about the issue

After the September 25 update I can't change the water heater mode on the app and the app does not correctly show the mode of the water heater. Update -- it started working...

Using for thermostat. The set temp and room temp values don't update, so you have to close the app and reopen it for it to update. usage data doesn't work. poor color choices in menu make it hard to read (grey on grey). UPDATE: Editing the schedule doesn't always save. copying a schedule to multiple days results in random changes each day. The humidify button shows the dehumidification setting and slider even though humidification is in use and dehumidification is deactivated. Nothing works

I had issue setting up wifi with Android phone. It worked from my IPad. also the schedule needs to go before 8AM. I would like my high demand schedule to start at 7:30 AM
