eDreams getting payment for prime membership with autopay without customer authorization I asked for refund they said canβt refund. Be aware with eDreams when you paying for flight they setup automatically for prime membership with autopay. Without telling customers.

Avoid eDreams at all costs! I booked a flight with a cancellation optionβhad to call three times to cancel, and they said the refund would take a month. Two weeks later, still nothing. Then they trapped me in their fake βPrimeβ program, promising discounts but charging almost double what WizzAir offers directly. Dishonest, misleading, and a total scam. Never using them again!
