login process is complicated. does not allow to put in birth date by typing in. instead you have to back up so many times to reach the correct date. very frustrating.

for some reason the miles is basically a scam. it shows 0 miles even though I had 2 flights and went to the destination of each flight. I did put in the flight but it just disappeared. also for some reason when I logged in it's prompt me to log in again. why can't we use biometrics?

Tried a dozen times to login and verify using the one time email password. Just sends me in a constant loop to log in and verify. So frustrating. 😑

I logged in and entered the OTP successfully, but still, i have to log in if i click the profile or to see my trips, also nothingis showing! it's not working.
