worst app design, First impression turned me off. There is no way to enter Date of Birth via keyborad, only way to enter is by scrolling month by month back on the calender icon, meaning a 40 year old has to tap the left arrow on the calender icon 480 times to reach their birthday. Now I can imagine how the app design will be after logging in

Okay app for people who are unsure how to design their own program and great and keeping myself motivated. However, the app does have issues with it consistently. For example, weight data inputs multiple enteries for a single day so when you look back on past weights used you have to scroll past single days weights which is annoying. App always has something wrong with it but they're usually small issues. Limited recipes.

I saw a video where the co-founder lifted a 200 lbs weight above her baby, if she dropped it, if she fainted, that baby would have died. I don't know why CPS hasn't taken that child it's in mortal danger.

I never used the app. I've made multiple failed attempts to cancel via the website with no luck. I'm just been sent in circles. Now I'm stuck with a full year subscription charge. Bad customer service....

I love the app I just wish it worked better. The workouts and plans are great, but the app is very glitchy. It takes excessively long to load and at times randomly logs me out and removes me from my current program. It can be inconvenient to be mid workout and have the app crash. Then it takes anywhere from 3-10 minutes to start working again even when the workouts are saved/downloaded.

There are some good workouts, but the UI isn't great and there is no flexibility in workouts or programs. I feel like you should be able to set workouts by how much time you have (I don't have 90-120 minutes for the gym), set the rest days according to your schedule, change the order of exercises according to where things are in your gym, etc. I was excited about this app because two of my favorite YouTube trainers are on it. I paid for it but I don't use it a lot because of the issues.
