Poor customer support, inaccurate advertising? I had been wanting to try this service for awhile, I finally decided to sign up with a fall promotion advertising an extra basket. at checkout there was no place to apply the promotion code. customer care (the online chat) has a line of several hundred people, it did not follow up with text or email as promised and the app section of the "customer care" stopped working.
